Hi, I’m Angie, and I have food allergies.
I’m not alone in this journey – but it sure felt like it in 2014 when tests revealed I was allergic to yeast, gluten, wheat, cow milk (and some of its associated products), a host of vegetables and culinary herbs.
Since then, I have spent a lot of time (and money) figuring out what works for my body’s necessary diet – and my checkbook. It hasn’t been easy, but it has been fun – well, except when gluten-free bread recipes fizzle and I mourn the loss of the very-expensive flour!
My site is dedicated to sharing tips and tricks to living this life on a serious budget and limited time.

This site is still a bit of a work in progress. As a writer, I could not bear to delete posts from when I first started writing about book marketing, book reviews and social media, but my life is very different from when I started back in 2007 and I want this site to reflect that.
