All I can think about is cheese.
I would have thought chocolate would be my main craving, but instead, it’s glorious cheese.
Shredded cheddar, fresh Parmesan, Asiago, brie, fresh mozzarella, goat cheese with fresh herbs. On homemade pizza, in quiche, on burgers and crackers, or sprinkled on fries.
I miss cheese.
I cannot wait to get my food allergy tests, so I can get my cheese back. I’m ready to dose a homemade crust with a custom blend of ooey, gooey goodness (and maybe a little bison, fresh tomato and spinach).0
